How to shop with us
To make a purchase, you go through 5 steps:

Find the item(s) you want and add them to the shopping cart. Then go to checkout.

Enter your personal information.

Select shipping/payment method.

Accept our terms and conditions.

Check that all information is correct on the summary page and approve the purchase.
All prices include VAT and other taxes. When you shop with Fribol®, agreements are made in Danish.
Payment
The following cards can be used: Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Maestro and American Express.
No fees are charged for payments on Fribolshop.com. The amount is only charged to your card when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. No amount higher than what you have approved at purchase can ever be charged.
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK). We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but not after a purchase has been completed. VAT is not refunded for shipments to countries outside the EU. Prices to non-EU countries are higher due to additional costs for shipping goods out of the EU. Local taxes and duties are not covered by HH Bolcher ApS.
Shipping rates
You can see our shipping prices once you have added items to the cart and entered delivery information.
We do not cover any local customs and VAT charges that may occur in countries outside the EU.
Delivery time
Addresses in Denmark: Up to 4 business days for delivery to parcel shop. Addresses outside Denmark: Up to 10 business days.
Note: During peak periods, in case of acute illness in our packing department, internal logistics issues with Bring/DAO/PostNord, etc., longer delivery times may occur.
Track & Trace
You will be assigned a tracking number upon ordering so you can always follow your parcel.
Right of withdrawal
Fribolshop.com offers a 14-day full right of return, valid from the day you receive the goods.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:

Receive your item

Receive the last item in physical possession in the case of multiple different items ordered in one order and delivered separately

Receive the last batch or last part in physical possession in the case of goods delivered in several batches or parts
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. Notification must be sent to kundeservice@fribol.dk / +45 26 16 53 83. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot cancel simply by refusing to receive the item without also clearly notifying us.
Returns
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. When returning goods, you are responsible for proper packaging. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery.
You lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on goods that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return.

Condition of the item when returned
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words—you may try the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation you may only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive a full refund, you must not open the container or consume the product.
Refund of the purchase
If you cancel your purchase, you will naturally receive back the amount you paid to us. In the case of a reduction in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the refund.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). We refund once we have received confirmation that the package has been returned. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided documentation proving that you have already returned them.
Complaints
The rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act on defects may apply to purchases.
When shopping on Fribolshop.com, you have a 24-month warranty. This means you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction depending on the specific situation.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use or other damaging behavior.
How quickly must I complain?
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.

We need the following information when you return an item
When returning the item, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
Please note that we do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or similar.
Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging.
